TON UP


TON UP.

What is it ? Simply put it is an intensive all over body programme designed to target the major muscle groups in the body, burn fat and increase your CV output.

Why is it called TON UP? The exercises are repeated 10 reps in each set of 10 and progresses as you get stronger.

Does it Burn fat? Yes owing to the high intensity of the routine fat is burned, muscles toned, and strength increased.

Why is it better than other routines? Quite simply it targets all muscle groups, caters for all fitness levels, burns fat, increases your CV output, can be done anywhere, uses only your body weight.
